Finished half of a trade with :3 Her papillon character, Maire. Drawn at work using green ballpoint pen and Staedtler microns on rough cardstock. Silver bits highlighted with gelpen. I only had her character reference... which was a little hard to make out and i have never drawn a papillon before x.x i hope her ears are butterfly-like enough :P
and i am aware her hand looks a little shrunken >.> twas the best i could manage with pens at this juncture :P

That looks fantastic! I love the hair and the clothes, not to mention the eyes.

The gelpen details on the bracelet and the spikes on the collar really make this pop. :B

I like the green shading... very gestural!

Looks great! It's an awesome looking papillon. I love these pieces where you can see the underworkings of the piece. Only you could make it look so clean and flowy though.
