More practice with Prismacolor pencils. A gift for :iconoldslowpaws: :3 The polka-dots kinda fail (white gel pen, next time i'll opt to just scrape away the color x.x) and i really am not sure about the fishing pole.. but whatever :P The blue around her was done with a prismacolor 'artstick'.. next time i'll use chalk pastel.. not as soft as i'd hoped it would turn out. Anyway, I hope she likes it!

I like her clothing style, the little chest fluff is really adorable! :3 I know what you mean about using gel pens for dots, it can be murder. :P

I've found I don't really care for those artsticks unless it's to lay a foundation color for blending/layering on top of. They just don't blend unless you add more colored pencil or art stick on top...

The polkadots scanned well I think and I really adore Penny's pose and the lack of black lines.

The legs are a little off-posed i think. But the face and muzzle are fantastic and smirk-like. The attitude put out really shows. Smooth detailed coloring. ^^
