You wield them crayolas, and all pencil crayons, wonderfully :D. Your coloring skills really stand out on pictures like this. Love it! ^_^

gah..o.o; it's just the technique.. the omission of ink outlines bring out the coloring i think.. this turned out a little light for my liking.. but i was afraid to darken more.. lest i mess up.. then i'd have to trash it and start again x.x
but im glad you like it.

negative, acrylic paints escape me, and i have yet to try oils.. pastels hate my guts (all pastels) and... well.. it seems that ink and watercolor can be particularly tempermental. but.. colored pencils.. they are my friends ;.; when all else fails.. colored pencils.
you're well on your way i think, but, try a smoother paper, i notice alot of grainy coloring with your stuff.. this was done on cardstock, which is really smooth and relatively cheap. other than that it seems that you're alright.
